Flash 64 box – Blank UFS programming procedure

Select a UFS having RPMB clean 

1. Factory provision 

2. Make Provision for target device, it will form LUNs 

3.  Make partition either by writing dump, or by writing some portion of firmware or by using GPT configuration option in Flash64 box

ഒരു UFS നെ അതിന്‍റെ ഫാക്ടറി സ്റ്റേജ് ലേക്ക് മാറ്റുന്നതിനെയാണ് ഫാക്ടറി പ്രോവിഷനിംഗ് എന്ന് പറയുന്നത്

ഇങ്ങിനെ ചെയ്‌താല്‍ UFS മുഴുവനായും ERASE ആവുകയും അതില്‍ LUN0 എന്ന ഒറ്റ LUN മാത്രമേ ഉണ്ടാവുകയുള്ളൂ

ഫാക്ടറി പ്രോവിഷന്‍ ചെയ്ത UFS ഒരു മൊബൈല്‍ ഫോണില്‍ ഉപയോഗിക്കണം എങ്കില്‍ ആദ്യം അത് ആ മൊബൈല്‍ ഫോണിന്‍റെ CHIP CONFIGURATION ലക്ക് മാറ്റണം, ഇതിനെ PROVISIONING എന്ന് പറയുന്നു

GPT configuration

After Provisioning of  LUNs we need to configure partitions either by writing dump or by clicking “GPT” inside partitions tab and select pit / xml / scatter, it will form partitions in the UFS

Click on GPT configuration and select pit / xml / scatter files

After GPT configuration , flash with firmware

For flashing, select firmware (PIT BL AP CP CSC) on LUN0, then click write 

Or 

Select pit and BL only and write, now the device will become download mode and we can flash via odin.
