2. How We Collect Data: We collect data when: - Users log in using their assigned username and password - Admin uploads student or staff details - Users update their profile information - Firebase Cloud Messaging provides notification tokens for sending alerts

Purpose of Data Collection: We collect data strictly for internal academic and administrative purposes, including: - Managing student and staff accounts - Tracking daily classes, syllabus updates, and academic progress - Sending academic notifications - Improving app performance and security We do not use user data for advertising, marketing, or selling to third parties.
